Does my client know they're being recorded?▾
Pipaani joins as a named participant visible in Zoom and Google Meet. We recommend being transparent: "I use an AI note-taker so I can be fully present with you." Most clients deeply appreciate this. You can name the bot anything — your name, your brand, whatever feels right.
Does it really work with both Zoom and Google Meet?▾
Yes. The Chrome extension captures audio from both platforms. Google Meet has the smoothest native experience. For Zoom browser sessions, it works identically. The Zoom desktop app uses system audio capture. We're continuously improving cross-platform support.
How is my data kept private?▾
In Free and BYOK modes, audio goes directly to your AI provider under your own API key — we never touch it. In paid plans, audio is processed and deleted immediately after the report is generated. We never sell, share or train on your coaching data. Ever.
What AI provider should I start with?▾
Start with Google Gemini — it's completely free and excellent quality. Get your API key at ai.google.dev in 2 minutes. For the best transcription accuracy move to OpenAI. For emotionally nuanced work like inner child healing or mindset coaching, Claude produces the deepest insights.
What languages are supported?▾
English, Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil and other Indian languages work well. Mixed-language sessions work excellently. The coaching intelligence output is currently in English, with Hindi output coming soon based on coach demand.
What if I'm not satisfied after subscribing?▾
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied in the first 14 days write to hello@pipaani.com and we'll refund fully. We'd rather earn your loyalty than hold you with a contract.
